A través del formato de Denuncia o Consulta podrás hacernos llegar tus inquietudes, dudas, sugerencias y quejas o denunciar hechos o sospechas que infrinjan nuestros valores y políticas. La información será analizada de manera objetiva, imparcial y confidencial. Se mantendrá reserva de quien haya denunciado. Quienes comuniquen de buena fe hechos o actuaciones al Canal de Denuncia no serán objeto de represalia ni sufrirán otra consecuencia adversa por esta comunicación.
Puedes descargar nuestro formato MEGP-SGA-RG-014, plasmar tu denuncia o consulta y luego enviarla al correo cerocorrupcion@megperu.com. Con opción de denuncia anónima o con registro de datos según indica el formato.

WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
Through the Whistleblowing or Inquiry form, you can send us your concerns, questions, suggestions, and complaints, or report incidents or suspicions that violate our values and policies. The information will be analyzed objectively, impartially, and confidentially. The identity of the person making the report will be kept confidential. Those who report incidents or actions in good faith to the Whistleblowing Channel will not be subject to retaliation or suffer any other adverse consequences for this communication.
You can download our form MEGP-SGA-RG-014, fill out your whistleblowing or inquiry, and then send it to cerocorrupcion@megperu.com. You can submit your report anonymously or with your information recorded, as indicated on the form.
